Each character has critical zones - the head and torso. When a character receives critical damage in these areas, any further damage will result in immediate death.
Hits to non-critical areas (arms and legs) can cause fractures that impact movement and aim precision. Arm injuries destabilize aim, while leg injuries slow movement and affect sprinting and jumping.
This damage system encourages players to consider their positioning and tactics during gameplay.
